The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 6,200 times in 2013. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 5 trips to carry that many people.
I actually did a quick diary comic! I never do those anymore… oh well.
So last week my bike was stolen, and I found out by gettin all ready to run errands and then BAM not there. i. was. furious.
Its totally true – I would have ripped into ANYBODY that day, even if they just looked at me funny.
The good news is I found a lovely new peugeot bike this week – i still miss my old bike (aka Miss St.-Clair) but my new lil lady (aka Margot Marguerite) has already taken me to some beautiful places.
So ALSO – CAKE 2013 was last weekend! And it was a BLAST! I only did half as well as Zine-Fest, but I met a lot of awesome people and got to see old CCS friends and it was just a great weekend in general :)
My beautiful table and my books!
Comics DREAM-TEAM Sarah Becan and Lucy Knisley!
Artist Sarah Morton holds up our Makeup Anthology (which sold out at the show!)
Zine-Fest and Comics=Babes: Jaclyn Miller and Leslie Perrine!
MINDBLOWINGLY TALENTED ARTIST: Luke Howard, CCS 2013 Grad!
And I think I am official cross-country-comics-bff babes with Lucy Bellwood!
The guy who took these photos is either terrible at photography or a genius
I’ve already read all the comics I got because they’re SO GOOD and all the artists there were very talented
WHELP that about wraps it up
Thanks for checking in, and thanks to everone who came by the table and thanks to those who support me on a regular basis – you’re all beautiful and I love you.
